It is not that difficult to treat nose infection. There are several factors that cause nose piercing infection. Wearing jewelry that is not compatible to the size of the nose, using metals and plastic jewelry on noses can cause infection. In severe cases, it can give out whitish yellow discharge of pus from the nose, when it develops inflammation.

Nose piercing infection can be treated at home using antibacterial soap. Add a dot of antibacterial liquid on a clean cotton cloth and swab it around the nose to remove any infection. Normally infection will settle down on its own without needing any medical assistance. Be careful while using soap solution you have to rinse it thoroughly after cleaning. Treating the infection with cotton swab dipped in sea salt water will help in getting it healed. Do not touch the infected area with your hands because it may contain harmful bacteria. Applying sandal oil on the nose piercing area will heal the wound in few days.
