First we need to raise 1.82 to second (1.82*1.82) and the calculation shows it is 3.31. Then we have to divide the weight (110 kilos) into 3.31 and it equals 33.23. So the result is that the weight index of that man is 33.23. The index of a person with normal weight is between 19.1 and 24.8 so we can conclude that the guy definitely needs exercising.
There is also a formula which you can use to find the calories which you can consume per day but it is too complicated. It would be enough for you to know that if you are a man you need around 2500 calories and if you are a woman the amount of calories which you need is around 1500. However, as you want to lose weight you have to aim at consuming at least 500 calories less than the average, which I just informed you about.
And when you know all these facts about your body, you can already start a slim diet. Just remember that you should not deprive your body from food- you need to eat at least 4 times a day. However, you should forget about the meat (except for fish), candies and fries- they are all your enemies! You can eat small amounts of bread (or pasta) and even a bar of chocolate but no more!
If you combine this healthy slim diet with a lot of exercising, there is no doubt that you will lose all extra kilos and will look better than ever. All you need to do is entrusting these tips- you will not be sorry!
