Vegetarian weight loss plans are much easier, because of the fact that the vegetarian choices are numerous. So try and eat as much as fruits and raw vegetable salads as possible. The other best option for any dieter, irrespective of being a vegetarian or a non vegetarian is consuming nuts, especially almond, dates, cashew nuts, raisins, walnuts etc. These nuts have a high content of essential amino acids and also provide the necessary protein content too.



There are a whole lot of negative calorie foods in the vegetarian diet, which make it all the more easier to eat your way to successful weight loss. The negative calorie foods are those that utilize ore number of calories in getting digested and absorbed in to the body, when compared to the amount of calories, they actually contribute after digestion. So consuming these negative calorie foods can be a boon for the dieters, because these foods will help to satiate the appetite, while reducing the calories and hence help in losing weight.



These negative calorie foods are onions, beet root, broccoli, cabbage, spinach and green beans. You can munch away on these negative calorie foods and ensure your way to a more slim and trim body, with added energy and other benefits like sparkling eyes, pink nails and clear and smooth skin.
