Wellness can be described as the general state of being in that you have no deviation from normal behavior in all aspects of body and feelings of self esteem. Wellness in healthy weight generally means a manageable weight that the owner is comfortable with.



By comfort, it has to be with respect to not hindering any activities that the user should involve themselves in. The vices that will indicate that you have weight problems are humongous eating habits, problems in maintaining active participation in daily activities and laziness. The clearest indicator will be the visible sign in which you are unable to fit into other peoples schedules or general activities like lawn mowing leave you senselessly tired.



If the above are the traits that appear in you, then it is about time to have your weight checked up because this is not the definition of healthy but ailing weight.



Many people have weight problems but are unaware. This is the characteristic mostly found in underweight more than the overweight. Being below the average weight for your age group does a great deal on your body. For example, due to less stock of body tissues, a slight deficiency or illnesses will be magnified by the little body framework.

Diet



The dietary needs in a healthy weight must focus on a safeguarding level rather than increasing or decreasing. However, this will not be achieved if an excess of foods is taken or vice versa; it has to be precisely measured and a compromise reached where weight will be stagnantly growing.



Exercise



All forms of weight control must be put into effect with workouts. It goes hand in hand with dieting. Habitual participation in this will help boost the efforts contributed by other means especially food enhanced gains.



Emotions



The emotional approach to a healthy weight is indirectly linked to weight related problems. The behavior experienced by male or female sexes lead to different reactions in the control of stress. For example, other may take to eating as a distraction while others become completely disoriented such that loss of appetite reduces the rate of consumption. The result of these will be a weight increase in the latter or a decrease in the former. Wellness in emotions means a lively spirit which has no influence on your appetite matters.
