  • When applying the hydrogen peroxide, tilt your head opposite the direction of the affected ear to allow the solution to come into contact with the infected area.
  • Let it sit for a while for about 5 minutes.
  • After doing so, tilt your head to the direction of the infected ear to drain the hydrogen peroxide.
  • Add another 2 to 3 drops of water and rinse your ears.
  • You should be able to feel relief by that time.
