• Along with it anti-inflammatory medicine is also beneficial. It reduces swelling.
• Children need more attention. They may require administration of intravenous antibiotics.
• Patient is also advised to apply topical antibiotic cream in some cases. If there is abrasion and cuts, clean dressing of that area with antibiotic cream and ointment is necessary.
