Causes of Stress | Reasons for Emotional, Situational, Work Related Stress

What Causes Stress:
There are a lot of things that can be the cause of stress. Depending on who you are and what you do, stress is there every single day of your life and whether you handle it well or not is what makes you cope with stress. Here are some of the factors that can bring about stress:

  • People can experience stress when they are mentally challenged. When faced with a situation that calls for mind power to be used and for solutions to be made with the use of thinking, a lot of people feel stress from it.

  • Emotional situations can also bring about stress. People young and old may experience certain problems concerning relationships and situations in relationships like breakups, fights, and other similar problems can also be the cause of stress.

  • Situational stress can be had when you are faced with sudden situations that need immediate response, decision, and action. A person can become stressed out by these events too.

  • Work-related stress is sometimes one of the silent killers in society. People who have to cope with the rigors of their work and the interaction with people they do not agree with on a day-to-day basis can be very stressful and can cause physical and mental problems when not coped with.
