Low cholesterol diets along with exercise are the two best ways for anyone to reduce their levels of cholesterol in their blood.



Starting out on a low cholesterol diet low in saturated fats and other cholesterol raising foods such as eggs and cheese is easier than you might think. Simply make a concentrated effort to cut out foods that contain too much saturated fat such as fried foods, pastries and fast foods. Doing this will not only lower your cholesterol, it will also help you to lose weight. Therefore, to lose weight and lower your cholesterol you need to go on a low cholesterol diet, low in the wrong foods and high in the right ones.
