Cla Diet Pill

Cla Diet Pill
Conjulated Linoleic Acid is more commonly known as CLA and there is now a CLA diet pill to replace the CLA we aren't getting in our food. It used to be more common in our meat, dairy products, and safflower and sunflower oils. This thermogenic agent is supposed to assist the body in reducing body fat because it burns it for energy. The act of this gives people more lean muscle which increases the body to burn more calories. A CLA diet pill is now available to assist in this process.

We used to get enough CLA from beef and dairy until the farmers in some areas of the world started feeding the animals differently. Because not all animals are pasture fed there is less CLA in the meat and dairy products. Also, people are cutting back on red meat so this lowers the CLA as well. The CLA diet pill is made from sunflower oil and it helps to replace some of the CLA we no longer get from food.

The dosage of the CLA diet pill is considered to be 2.5 to 5 grams daily if you are trying to lose body fat. However, the diet pill needs to be used in conjunction with a well balanced diet and exercise. Otherwise the full benefits of the CLA diet pill aren't recognized.

Benefits of the diet pill seem to be an increase in the metabolic rate, a decrease in abdominal fat, lower cholesterol, lower triglycerides and enhancement of muscle growth. Some people that have taken the CLA diet pill reported mild nausea, isolated cases of gastrointestinal upsets, or diarrhea. Generally these problems disappeared after about two weeks.

Studies continue to examine the results of using the CLA diet pill. In many cases where a placebo was used on some of the test subjects and others received the CLA pill, the CLA group did lose weight. The popularity of the diet pill has continued as will the testing. Remember, to use this diet pill properly you must eat a well balanced meal and get exercise. Exercise can be a vigorous cleaning of the home or a workout.
