The idea is that you drink a lot of liquids that also have good nutrients in them. Fruits and vegetables are known to contain properties that will detoxify your body. These foods contain such things as vitamin C and B. These vitamins help keep colds and other diseases at bay, as well as help you feel energized. Since you are mostly taking in juice with the free detox diet plan you are also getting rid of fiber. Juice is great for bathroom issues such as constipation, thus you flush out your system of the bad chemicals with ease on the free detox diet plan.
