Corn starch:
You can also rub corn starch between your arms to absorb the extra moisture in your hands.
Baby powder:
You can apply baby powder on your palms which absorb excess sweat. You can apply powder on the underarms to get relief from underarms sweating. Avoid using deodorants and antiperspirants with chemicals.
Sage tea:
You can buy a sage tea from supermarket. Put the bags in a bowl of normal water and let the tea dissolve in the water. Put your hands in the water and soak for 15 minutes. Sage tea will act as an astringent and prevents excessive sweating. Repeat this process daily. Drink sage tea every morning on empty stomach. Do not drink it too much as it may cause headache.
