This month I’m giving away magnesium bath flakes from Ancient Minerals, and 6.5lbs worth! This will last you a long time!
If you aren’t familiar with magnesium flakes, they are very similar to Epsom salts. The flakes are added to water to create a mixture called magnesium oil. Many put the magnesium oil in a spray bottle to make it easier to apply or you can add the flakes to a foot bath. The magnesium is easily absorbed through your skin.
