Sleeping pills belong to a class of sedative hypnotics which are regularly prescribed for insomnia or sleeping disorders. You wake up in the midnight staring at your ceiling or you remember all your problems or due to some other reasons you won’t be able to sleep, so you again go for sleeping tablets. But sleeping pills are not safe and they are meant only for temporary problems. A sleeping pill is a temporary solution to your sleeping problem for short term. There are many side effects associated with sleeping pills. Here are given some of the side effects of sleeping pills and some natural ways to fall asleep.











Side Effects Of Sleeping Pills:


1)      Prolonged drowsiness in the next day, confusion.


2)      You may get addicted to sleeping pills and a day comes when you will not be able to sleep without them.


3)      Weak eyesight and forgetfulness.


4)      If you stop taking pills sometimes the insomnia becomes worse than before.


5)      Difficulty in keeping balance and dizziness.


6)      Constipation and diarrhea.

1)      Quit smoking


2)      Cut caffeine earlier


3)      Do yoga


4)      Regular exercise


5)      Do something for 30minutes and go to bed


6)      Take bath with warm water
