  Eat a healthy diet. During the recovery period, the body will need all the nutrients to nourish especially the damaged tissues. A well-balanced diet is highly recommended.

  Use compression garment in all shapes and sizes. These compression garments are helpful in reducing the swelling by pushing all the liquids that cause it. They also enhance the blood circulation.
