If you consider yourself as an overweighed person, you probably would like to start exercising as soon as possible. However, I am sure that you will be impatient to see the results from the efforts which you will be making and it will not be enough for you just to measure your weight once a week.



That is why I am going to give you several tips about a chart which is called "body weight chart" and there is no doubt that it will help you a lot in the fight with the extra kilos. There are a lot of kinds of body weight charts which you can find on the Internet and all of them will probably be doing a nice work but if you would like to know everything about your weight and whether the exercising gives results, then I would recommend you to get a slightly more special chart.



What is special about this chart is that it looks in a more different way and when you look at it first, you may think it is too complicated. However, it is not true at all because what you actually need to do is to write down your kilos in only one (the last) column. So the body weight chart, which I recommend you, has 5 columns. The first one is called "Height", the other three show the body weight frames (small frame, medium frame and large frame). And the fifth column is empty because, as we said, you should keep a track of your kilos.



Actually, your aim will be moving from the fourth column (large frame) to the left one (small frame). Of course, it all depends on your image of beauty and how you would like yourself most. For example, you could be a kind of person who does not want to be too thin and would like himself or herself most in the middle frame (the third column) of the chart.



However, you should pay attention to the fact that there are two different body weight charts: the first one is for women and the other one is for men. You should find and print a chart according to your gender otherwise some serious mistakes could happen. For example, a woman could think that she is in the small frame when she is actually in the large one or a man could lose too much weight! Anyway, if you are more careful while searching for this perfect body weight chart, then you are not likely to make that stupid mistake and this way you will avoid unpleasant situations or diets!
