There are many Christians who already stopped using slim diets because they have probably realized that some of them are unhealthy and even dangerous for their bodies. But are you wondering what they have started to use instead of a slim diet? I bet that you will not guess it- they have made the decision to keep the fast and use it like their own slim diet.



You may not believe it but the Christian fast seems to be more effective than any other slim diet which you could find on the Internet or read in the books and magazines. And it is even weirder that when a group of scientists has done research and the results were that the Christian fast is probably the most useful way of consuming food throughout the year. That is why I am going to inform you about the fast in great details- you could decide to take advantage of it and use it as your best slim diet although you are not a Christian. I don't think there is something wrong, right?



So, I would first say that there are 6 "ranks" of strictness during the Christian fast: the first one allows eating everything but meat (except for fish), the second one does not allow eating meat at all, the third one allows eating only hot food, the fourth one allows eating only hot food without any fat, the fifth one allows eating only cold food and the sixth one does not allow consuming food at all! However, you should not be scared because the last one is practiced very rarely!



I am sure that you are wondering how many fast days there are in the Christian religion throughout the year? Well, the most accurate answer would be that they are up to 200 out of 365. I am sure that you are amazed, aren't you? However, you should not worry because nobody, even the most religious Christians, keep such strong fast. But now I am going to inform you about days in which you had better keep the fast, even if you are not a Christian because it is really good for your body.



Firstly, you should know that you do not have to consume any meat except for fish on every Wednesday and Friday- as you can probably notice that is the first "rate" of the fast. However, you should not consume any meat 40 days before the Easter but if you are not a Christian, it would be fine if you kept the fast from March 1st to April 10th. The Christians should also keep fast before Christmas and during the Christmas celebrations also but unfortunately, very few still do it.



Hopefully, you have understood that the Christian religion and fast are the best diet which you could possibly go on. You can be sure that you will not be sorry because you will lose weight very fast and most importantly- you will keep your body healthy!
