Eat More Lose Weight
Eat more lose weight- you perceived it right. Have you ever become conscious that you have no need to go hungry to lose weight? You can certainly eat more food, while losing weight. Sounds too excellent to be factual, is it not? Well, some facts are similar to this-too excellent to be factual. So ahead of you conjuring up imagery of snacks, fries, ice creams and pizzas, a phrase of vigilance is indispensable here. The phrase says, eat more lose weight. This means that you need to eat more food. But despite the consequences of the fact that the above cited foods may sound grand to you or to any one for that matter, they cannot be considered healthy by any paradigm of fitness or health.



So what you first require is an overhaul of your judgment. You need to reassess the kind of foods which you deem great. The grand foods are those that are not only healthy, but also chip in upholding of most advantageous body weight when being consumed. So naturally the great foods will be one or a lot of between the following lists of foods:



* Grains- use only whole grains and you may mix up different grains to get a mix grain cereal, oat meals, muesli etc



* Nuts like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, ground nuts etc



* Vegetables like spinach, beet root, all leafy green vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, ladies fingers, bitter gourds, beans, French beans, lima beans, green peas, capsicum, onions, broccoli, cauliflowers, cabbages, turnips, radish, yams etc.



* Meat- avoid red meat, and stick to just the skinless and fatless chicken.



* Poultry- eggs are wonderful, but avoid the inner yellow yolk, because they are high in fats and can contribute immensely to your blood cholesterol levels, so use only the whites of the eggs.



* Dried fruits like the raisins and the dates.



* Natural sugars like jaggery honey.



* Cooking oil- Olive oil, coconut oil, sun flower oil and rice bran oil.



* Fish- Crabs, fishes like Tuna, Salmon etc are wonderful food stuff which are quite healthy and have lot of protein and iron too. Fishes are also a good source of zinc, and calcium too.



* Drinks like fruit juices, coconut water and green tea are all wonderful refreshments. The green tea has been proved to helping slimming too.



* Fruits of all kinds like oranges, avocados, pineapples, apples, strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries, lemons, tangerines, pears, peaches, lychees, guavas, melons, cantaloupes, bananas, pomegranates, coconuts, cherries, plums and kiwis
