All of us have tried exercising and we all know that some exercises are more effective than others. Most of the people wrongly think that the most difficult exercises are the ones which are most effective and those who help us most lose the overweight.



In this article I am going to inform you about some of the most helpful exercises which everyone can do. I can promise that if you follow my tips and do only the exercises which I am going to mention, you will definitely lose as much weight as you want to. However, you should be hard-working and very patient until you see the great results.



Let's first start with the aerobic exercises. They are very popular and are actually gaining even more popularity in Europe and America. They are particularly helpful for women who would like to lose weight because during the aerobic exercising women sweat a lot. And by sweating they get rid of all toxins and fat which their body does not need. However, if you would really like to achieve results you need to do aerobic exercises every day and their duration must be at least 1 hour. I know that it sounds very hard but there is no other way- at least, you can be sure that results will be achieved!



Another kind of exercise which would help you lose some kilos is the light jogging. What is good about jogging is that it will not make you feel exhausted because you will be actually running pretty slowly- it reminds pretty much of fast walking. However, as a compensation of the slow speed you should spend at least one hour doing this activity so that your body can get rid of everything which is harmful!



Anyway, if you would like to achieve better results and sooner, then I would definitely recommend you to choose running instead of jogging. The difference between the two exercises is that when you run your speed should be at least 75 per cent higher than while jogging. If you would like to get wonderful results, you should run 7 miles a day, which is around 12 kilometers. I know that it sounds a lot but you do not need to do it every day- 3 times a week would probably be enough. However, you should know that the more often you run, the sooner you will see the results!
