Are you a kind of person who is desperate because cannot lose the extra kilos? Yes, I know that you have probably tried everything- doing a lot of exercise, never-ending diets and even taking medicines.



However, you should not get desperate because there is something which you probably do not know. Luckily, I am going to share that little secret with you and when I do it, I think that you will become much more enthusiastic about your loss-weight process. So, let's go straight to the point- what I am talking about is the food! It is actually the most important part of your diet and the food is the only, or at least, the main factor which determines the success of your diet.



Do you know why most of the people fail to lose weight? It is because they make their bodies starve and it is the worst possible thing which a person could cause to his or her organism. The research shows that hunger is not the solution and it is extremely harmful. Actually, those people who practice this method deprive their bodies of all vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates which are so needful. This way when they start consuming real food (which always happens soon or later) they put on even more kilos and the result is weighing more than before starting the diet. This is also known as yo-yo effect and it would not be exaggerated if we said that it is the nightmare for every person, a man or a woman, who is on a slim diet!



However, if you do not want to experience the so called yo-yo effect, you should know that food must be consumed! And not only that- you should consume food several times a day- maybe three or four but in extremely small quantities. The reason is that there are foods which will not make you weigh more but just on the contrary- they will help you lose some kilos. That is why I strongly recommend you to consume just those foods which I am going to include in the list of "loss-weight helpers".



Unsurprisingly, we are going to start with the salads. They are not caloric at all because they contain only fresh ingredients- tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, lettuce and carrots are all vegetables which have a lot of vitamins and antioxidants which are like "burners" for your body fat. But you could prepare fruit salads also because oranges, grapes, cherries are also proved to help every person in his or her fight with the overweight.



And perhaps the best and the most delicious surprise in the article is the chocolate. Yes, you may not believe it but the real cacao chocolate is also helpful for your weight loss. Of course, you should not consume more than one bar otherwise instead of losing weight you will gain it!
