No matter what age you are you have more than likely heard at one time or another the same old weight loss sayings, like drink at least eight glasses of water a day, eat more vegetables, eat more fruits, jog, etc., and you have probably tried all of them but they don't work. The best way to lose weight fast is by exercising. Two types of exercises you can do to lose weight are Hindu squats. They are simple to do and if you can work your way up to doing 100 squats in a five-minute period you are sure to lose weight fast. The best thing to do with this exercise is to try to do at least 20 squats in one minute, and continue until you can do them continuously for 5 minutes at a time. When you get to this point, you will lose the weight fast.



The next exercise that is a good but quick way to lose weight fast is to exercise on a mini-trampoline. This is a quick way to lose weight without even breaking a sweat. Jump at least two minutes at a time on the mini-trampoline. If you are able to jump for longer periods then do so. When you can get at least 20 minutes of mini-trampoline jumping in per day you will see the weight start dropping off.



Aerobic exercising and resistance or strength training are also good exercises to lose weight fast. Aerobic exercising is exercises that you do continuously for any amount of time that increases your heart rate to 65 to 80 higher than normal. Aerobic exercising will continue to work its magic even after you have stopped the actual exercises. Resistance or strength training is where you use weights and rubber bands to provide resistance, which will provide weight loss.



One of the most important tools you need when losing weight fast is a good or positive attitude. You must also set a goal to work towards that is realistic. An intense regiment of cardio exercises two times a week for at least 45 minutes is a good weight loss program that will assist you in your weight loss goals. It does not really matter what exercise program you choose to do, you will get the best results when you have a good attitude, and change your diet to include foods that assist in weight loss, and make your exercise routine one that you can easily follow each day.
