Weight has an important role for building up a seductive and appealing appearance; it also gives many benefits, so as to avoid many drastic diseases, which may even take up one life. Losing weight, as well as maintaining it is very important and difficult. All that we need is that two main things (i.e.) consistency and compactness in our everyday life. This again becomes a challenge to maintain two sides of same coin.



The first and for most thing that anybody who has the intention to lose weight has to built up a strong determination that he has to strive hard to get rid of this weight, and put it into practice until you attain your desired weight.



Here are few tips to maintain weight



o A correct record has to be kept of what has been eaten every time. If in case you take more food, work out (exercise) has to be done in order to compensate for the amount of food intake.



o Neglect compromising on your work place sessions even at holidays.



o Do not eat food in not hungry.



o Please make a record of your weight and make note if there is an increase in the weight.



o Go for a walk regularly if you find it difficult to exercise regularly.



o Check the food note before you in take any food.



o Make out a diet plan to avoid junk food; this will ultimately help you to meet your body needs.



o Consults professional when you are not able to maintain your body weight.



o Intake some fruits and vegetables in a day. This helps in building up minerals and proteins, they are also packed with fibers



o Do not skip breakfast, because is that initializes the metabolic activity of your body, which helps you to do more work further. People who do not have their breakfast get tired very easy and eat more in the lunch. This method of eating is seriously bad habit and it leads it to obesity.



o Have a habit of drinking water in large amount as soon as you wake up each day in the empty stomach, this helps to remove all the toxic materials in the body.



o Always include green leafy vegetables and salads.



o Not only concentrating on balanced diet would do, but also there should be regular yoga and regular exercise.



These are few ways by which anybody can keep oneself fit up to a level. As the proverb says that, "A sound body makes a sound mind". Therefore, it is very essential to keep the body trim and healthy.
