Weight Chart For Girls

Weight Chart For Girls
As you know girls are much more interested to know whether their weight is normal than guys. That is why there are so many weight charts for girls! But that could actually be not so good because each of the dozens charts for girls use different formulas and calculation methods. And in the end we can see that a girl could be considered as overweighed in one of the charts but as a girl with normal weight in another chart! It does not sound good, does it?

However, there are only two really reliable weight charts for girls which deserve to be mentioned. The first one is pretty much like a table and the other one is a diagram. Unfortunately, the diagram is extremely complicated and most of the people would not get the way so as to find whether their weight is normal or not. It is the main reason why I am not going to describe it in details- it is just useless because there is a much easier way for every girl to find out her "weight-status".

That way is a special table which consists of only two columns. The first shows the height and the second one- the recommendable weight for the height of the same row. For example, if your height is 5 feet and 2 inches you first need to find it in the first column. And when you find it, just move your look to the right and check the recommendable weight in the second column of the same row- in this case it is 118-122 pounds.

However, some of you probably did not understand what I am talking about. Obviously, the reason is the used units for height and weight. If you live in Europe, Africa or even Asia, you probably do not know how much 1 foot, 1 inch or 1 pound is. But there is nothing to worry about- you can also find the chart in other units for weight and height- you probably need one in kilograms and centimeters, don't you? Just try to search for some charts on the Internet but if you cannot find anything then I am going to reveal a secret way which you could use to calculate your normal weight according to the height. All you need to do is to deduct your height with 110. For example, if you are tall 160 cm, you should weight around 50 kilos (160-110). It is not 100% reliable but you can use it if that is your only alternative!
