Hormonal Changes In Women At 40: Premenstrual Syndrome Symptoms

Hormonal changes in women are often associated with the menstrual cycle regulation. During the reproductive age, a female goes through a wide range and series of hormonal changes, which occur in a cyclic fashion, due to the release of various hormones from the female reproductive system.

Some of the key hormones regulating the female menstrual cycle include Estrogen, Progesterone, Leutinizing Hormone and Follicle Stimulating Hormone, all of which work in synergy to aid the process of ovulation and the process of preparation of the uterus for the implantation of the embryo.
