  • Keep your lips closed firmly.
  • Now suck one side of the cheek for 10 to 30 seconds.
  • Release the cheek.
  • Repeat the same with other cheek.
  • Do this exercise at least 10 times in a day.

  • Fill your mouth with air and close the lips.
  • Now push all the air towards the right side of the cheek. Hold it there for few seconds.
  • Move the air towards the left cheek; hold the air for few seconds.
