  • Potatoes are known to be effective in reducing puffiness and tone the eyes. Potatoes contain a substance called catecholase which is said to be responsible to remove the puffiness. All you have to do is cut two slices of potato, sprinkle some water on your eyes and place potato slice on your eye for 10 minutes. Follow the procedure three times in a week.
  • You can also use cold cucumber instead of potato.
  • Wash your face regularly with cold water, especially after reading or working on a computer for long hours. It relaxes the eye muscles and tones them.
