- To start off with your diet, you should take on an all-fruit diet for four to five days. This can be done by eating only fresh and juicy fruits like oranges, apples, pineapples, papayas, and pomegranates after every five hours.
- After this all-fruit diet, fruits along with salt-free steamed vegetables or raw vegetables along with whole-wheat chapattis could also be taken.
After several days, milk and curd may be added to this diet. With this diet, morbid matter would be expelled from the body. - Following this regimen, it is best that you will already take on a well-balanced diet. This should be focused on such healthy foods as nuts, seeds, whole-grain cereals, fresh fruits, and vegetables that are either raw or cooked lightly.
- With this kind of diet, bottled or tinned foods as well as coffee and tea should be avoided. Highly-flavored foods like products made of white flour and sugar should not also be part of the diet.
