Eat Fat Lose Weight

Eat Fat Lose Weight
Some people think that for losing weight one must necessarily go hungry, that is the not the case. Any sensible person will realize that one needs some energy to pull through the day and perform your daily tasks well whether you are a housewife or a businessman or a salaried office goer or a student.

The key is not necessarily to eat a lot but to have quality rather than quantity. Preferably with the help of a medical practitioner or a dietician who will study your weight, your genes, if your weight is hereditary, your normal lifestyle and your daily chores and then prescribe one which should suit you personally - this would be eminently more sensible rather than just blindly following something that may be laid down in a book (this may be largely correct but you may still need to make some important changes which pertain to you personally). This way the chances of you losing real weight (not losing and then gaining again quickly) will improve. Of course, once the diet pattern has been prescribed, on your part, willpower will be needed - nothing comes easy - at first, it may seem quite difficult like giving up smoking or alcohol but one needs to be especially strong in the beginning - once the first three days, pass successfully, it will be less difficult from there on. Later, once you begin to see the results, in the weighing scale, in the mirror, in your relatives, friends, 'good wishers', 'expressions and comments, it will automatically serve as a morale booster and egg you on to pursue it faithfully so that you can lose the weight which was planned by your dietician, within the prescribed span of time - after this, what you need to do is to maintain a regular diet so that you do not slip back to your unhealthy looking obese figure.

Try to give your body wholesome, healthy, natural food - this will need less time for the digestive system of your body to digest. Conversely, processed, fast foods, lots of sugar, chocolates and pastries are unhealthy and much more what your body needs on a daily basis. A simple, basic principle should be that your food intake should balance your work output. If your work style is mainly sedentary, it is all the more important for you to reduce your food intake or atleast ensure that you have some exercise - this can take place on the weekends, you could take walks for short distances rather than depending on your car all the time, use the stairs instead of the lift, atleast for up to three storey. You will realize how fit you will feel and all this will help you in your daily life whether you are an office goer, a housewife or a student.
