Treatment Of Skin Disorders

Treatment Of Skin Disorders
Skin disorders can be treated by a number of methods which have been proven to be effective. Types of treatment that abound include tropical treatment and herbal remedy. The treatment is based on the complete eradication of the cause of the skin disorders which is stress.

Herbal treatment

This is mainly in a method called ayurvedic treatment. Here, the principle of treatment is based on the elimination of stress because it is considered a major cause for skin disorder. In this type of treatment; the patient is advised to perform simple things such as maintaining regular sleeping pattern. Other important activities such as performing yoga, meditation and other breathing exercises can enable you to have a sense of tranquility. Ayurvedic soap, especially the one containing neem extract, is also good when washed with skin. The essential oils in this soap will scrub the skin and is also very soothing to it.

Purging

This method involves the removal of toxic substances that have found their way into the blood. The blood is cleansed and made pure again. Some of the supplements needed for purging include senna leaves; flex seeds, triaphala and psylian husks. The supplements are made in a form of paste and then mixed with either cow's milk, castor oil, resins or mango juice. There are foods that are recommended when using this method for the treatment, and which are curds, boiled vegetables, pumpkins, fruits and fruit juices. However, you are advised to keep as far away as east is from the west with the following foods: canned foods, animal fats, eggs and hot spicy foods.

Tropical drugs

Tropical drugs are very important in the treatment of skin disorders. The drugs are either taken orally or through an injection whereupon they are distributed throughout the body. Sometimes-and this happens rarely -an extra concentration of the drug is needed. This means it is injected right under the skin. This is referred to as intradermal injection.

Ointments

Although ointments are a proven method of dealing wit even stubborn skin maladies, they are usually messy, greasy and very difficult to wash off. They are only suited with the skin that needs appropriate lubrication or moisture. They are less irritating than creams lotions and solutions for open wounds.

There are also other methods of treating kin disorders such as baths and soaks, gels, and powders. Use the method that most suits your condition.
