The following home remedies are designed for people who are obese.
- Prepare a ginger paste. Extract the juice out of a ginger by pounding it. After that, mix a small amount of honey and then consume the mixture. This is proven beneficial in burning fats and keeping weight down.
- Soak 2 tablespoon of horse gram overnight in water. On the following morning, strain the concoction and take it on an empty stomach.
