Diet Health Exercise
Last summer's clothes don't fit any more. Your class reunion is coming up. You want to look your best for a friend's wedding. Whatever the reason you feel the need for weight loss, diet health exercise is the key to having the quality of life you want to have. The only person holding you back is you. Your family wants you to be healthy. You will feel better mentally, emotionally and physically. Are those not enough reasons to practice diet health exercise?



By diet, we mean eating a balanced, moderate amount of food from the five food groups. Health includes regular checkups with your doctor, being conscious of the vitamins you are consuming, and leaving most of the junk food in the vending machines. Exercise is simply getting up from that table and taking a walk around the block or parking further away from the entrance to the mall and walking the long way around. Nothing radical, but in each area you must practice the diet health exercise in order to feel good, look good, and live longer.



By controlling your diet health exercise, you are enabled to live, eat, work, and play just as you see fit...until your diet health exercise does not work out for you because you are pouring food into your system that is no good for you. You are not making sure you have the vitamins your body needs and your exercise is from the fridge to the couch.



A mindset of diet health exercise is what it takes to be a responsible person to yourself, your family and anyone else you care about and that cares about you. By not taking care of yourself, you aren't just letting yourself down; you are also letting down the people who care about you the most. We can never be as healthy as we were 20 or even 10 years ago, but we can improve how we are today by making conscious choices about diet health exercise. Do not stop for the donuts in the morning. Eat oatmeal instead with strawberries and honey with low fat yogurt. Try it, it's yummy!
