The fat burning soup diet is meant to be used for seven days with an expected weight loss of 10 to 17 pounds. If you need help jumpstarting your weight loss program or need to slim down quickly for an upcoming event such as a wedding or a cruise, then the fat burning soup diet may be just what you need.



The fat burning soup diet menu consists of the following ingredients for the soup include large green onions, 1 to 2 pounds of sliced tomatoes, a large piece of Kombu seaweed, 4 cloves of garlic, a large red onion, 2 green peppers, a large head of cabbage, 1 bunch of celery, and a hot pepper of your choice. You will also need shitake mushrooms, pure water, soup stock made form vegetables, chicken, beef, or pork and spices, which include rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, and tarragon. Non-soup ingredients for the fat burning soup diet include fruits, vegetables, skim milk, beef, lamb, chicken, or fish, and brown rice.



To prepare the soup in the fat burning soup diet, you need to cut the vegetables in small pieces, saut? in olive oil, and cover with water. Boil them on high for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until they are tender. The soup may be eaten any time you are hungry and as much as you want, the more you eat, the more you will lose. Be sure to drink plenty of fresh pure water all day.
