One should determine calorie needs based on the healthy weight they would like to be. There are many tools online to help one make those determinations. One should aim for an eating plan that dominated by vegetable, fruit, whole grains, lean protein and extremely small amounts of fat. Processed foods should be eliminated. White flour, white sugar and saturated fats should be eliminated from one?s diet.
