Fitness is something, which everybody follows; everybody wants a wonderful body with no extra fat. Everybody follows as many stuff as possible in order to lose the weight, people follow stuff such as yoga, going to gym, aerobics, etc. However, it is a known fact that people concentrate on riding the extra fat on the upper torso of the body more than the lower torso. Because there are quite a lot of apparels, which can disguise the size of your lower, torso but not much apparels to hide the size of the upper torso. In addition, it is a fact that flabby waist and arms are most noticed than flabby legs. More than any other part it is the chest which would be the hardest to burn the fat from. Yet a lean and slim chest is something, which everybody would love to have and would love to look at. One has to remember that working out doesn't remove the fat cells or destroy them but it just shrinks in size. There are few processes, which would help a person in burning their fat directly, those are aerobics, swimming, walking, and rowing. One also must remember the fact that when you work out to reduce the fat from your upper torso the fat from all over your body is used.



Losing the fat of your upper torso will not be very difficult if you follow some simple steps like healthy diet and proper exercises, if you do all this with a wholehearted commitment. Take care of your diet; avoid all the fat food like fries and other fast food for healthy diet like vegetables, fruits, greens, pulses and cereals and food with high fiber content. When there is an increase in vitamin content, automatically there will be an addition of energy in your body. Addition of less fatty meat such as chicken and fish will also not hurt because they have protein content in them. Take care to steam or bake your food rather than frying them. When you drink quite a lot of water, they remove the toxic contents from your body. Remember never to work out every day; you should only work out only every alternate day. There are few exercises, which you might want to follow in order to reduce your upper torso's weight. Try the incline chest press, chest fly, dumbbell pull over, overhead press, bicep curls, triceps extension, all these workouts provide a best result when you do them with the aid of a dumbbell.
