Tucks and Witch Hazel
This is a medicated wipe that can help relieve the itching and burning sensations. You can buy the medicated towelettes as well but you can also use an ordinary non-scented baby wipes. Just allow the Witch Hazel to soak into the wipes and apply according to instructions.
Drink lots of water
This will make your waste a little soft thus making your hemorrhoids less irritated.
Avoid sitting for long period of times
Sitting for long period of times isn’t good for your hemorrhoids. If you have a job that requires a lot of sitting, it may be ideal to get up and walk about for the time being. It’s also ideal to not strain on the toilet, as this is going to just make the situation worse.
