Home remedies
- Using products low on chemicals such as organic products, mild cleansers etc.
- taking cold water showers than warm water to ease the pain and redness
- allowing the rash to breathe and dry
- stop using cosmetic products
- avoiding the scratching and unnecessarily touching the rash
- covering feet and hands while out in the heat
- Oatmeal bath can cure the rashes and its symptoms. It is equally helpful in eczema, or psoriasis. Moisturizing lotion can also be used but mild ones.
