- Oats are known to help soothe the itchiness of rashes. Simply grind into a very fine powder a cup of whole oats and add this to your daily hot bath.
You will need to soak in this mixture for at least half an hour. After rinsing off, do not wipe your skin but pat it dry. - Aloe vera has been known to effectively treat a lot of skin ailments and rashes are no different. Get a fresh leaf from the aloe vera plant, split this open, and apply the sticky yet medicinal liquid found in it to your skin.
This will help you with your rash since it is an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fungal herb - Chamomile is also good for treating certain rashes. All you need to do is boil 2 cups of water and add 2 tablespoons of this dried herb in it. Let this boil for ten minutes, then let it cool.
